The Washington Times Store Customer Service Department is available Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.

Shipping Policies

You can expect delivery, via UPS or USPS Ground service within 7-9 business days from the day you placed your order (West Coast orders and those to Alaska and Hawaii may take slightly longer). Shipping rates vary based on the weight and ship-to address of your order. If you wish to expedite an order, you must call (866)869-6389.

Can I mail you an order?

To send us your order via mail, print a copy of your online shopping cart page, (the page displayed after you have entered your address information online and chosen "continue". This page will show your shipping amount which should be added to the total cost of your selected items). Note: Order confirmation and shipment confirmation can only be sent if you provide us a valid email address. Please enclose a printed copy of your order with a money order or check (no cash, please) payable to:

Do I receive an order confirmation?

Once your online order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email. Please keep this confirmation for future reference if necessary. Order confirmation can only be sent if you have provided us a valid email address.

Can you ship to Post Office boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. We can use USPS to deliver to these addresses.

Can I place an order to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States?

Yes, orders to Alaska and Hawaii can be placed online. If you need to ship an order to an address outside the United States please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance by calling (866)869-6389. You can also email us at service@washingtontimesstore.com.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please complete the "Return/Exchange" form located on the back of your order's packing slip. Return the completed form and the appropriate items to us via a carrier that can track the returned package.
